Tatí Souza, founder, and partner of Sow Innovation Brands. University professor. Tatí is a Ph.D. researcher at the New University of Lisbon, writing her thesis about digital nomadism and remote work. Tatí has a Master in Sociology and a Degree in Law. With more than 10 years of experience as a university professor and consultor, she worked as lawyer, conflicts mediator and human rights capacitor in projects for vulnerable populations. In 2017 she did mobility research at Universitá Sapienza in Rome, Italy, as part of her Ph.D. and in 2018 she participated at the European Innovation Academic and the Starters Academy, where she developed the Community in Law and Space Plant startups.

Carolina Conceiçãoe Souza is an advertiser, specialist in Marketing and Fashion Design and a Master in Social Communication, where she studied the communication consumption of fast fashions networks in inner cities. Now he holds a Ph.D. in Sociology at the University of Lisbon where he discusses Slow Fashion and the identification of consumer behavior patterns. Rita H. Lin, Founding Partner Ms. Lin focuses on patent and trademark issues encountered by startups and emerging growth companies, both domestic and international. She helps clients develop and implement forward-thinking IP strategies that would complement and empower her clients’ growth. She has a background in service and project management, innovation and entrepreneurship. Rosa is a finalist biochemistry master's degree student with an entrepreneurial vision. She likes meeting new places and people and she is always ready to learn new things and accept new challenges. Her family is a banana producer at Madeira island, so she knows very well the banana production steps and the great number of wastes that are generated. She is developing new application for the banana production residues. Currently working on an entrepreneurship team project named Banana Box that aims to create a sustainable application for the banana production leavings (boxes), respecting the ideals of the circular economy. In her biochemistry master's degree thesis she is studying the development of polymeric matrices based on banana plant extracts for biomedical applications, under the supervision of Prof. Dra Luísa Neves, Laboratory of Membrane Processes, LAQV-requimte group, FCT NOVA. 


fashion designerWas born on January 9, 1970 in the then city of Nova Lisboa, now Huambo, in Angola. He spent his childhood and adolescence between "fabrics" and "leathers", his mother was tailor's dressmaker and his paternal grandfather shoemaker. He made the entire school and academic career linked to the arts. He graduated in Equipment Design at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Lisbon, where he won the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation prize, category woods for the Japanese market in the contest Young Designer promoted by ICEP, in parallel he specialized in archaeological design. He later completed a degree in interior design and a master's degree in Cultural Practices for Children. Professionally develops activity in the area of communication design, accessories design, and footwear. He also had a brief passage through the cultural area as director and programmer of a municipal auditorium. Currently, his professional focus is on accessories design, footwear, fashion production, and training


Dom Taylor
, originally from the UK, has nearly a decade of SEO experience in Australia and the UK. Specialized in technical and E-commerce SEO. Booth, works in NOVA University in Lisboa since 2015 where he coordinates the Career Center and the Innovation Center of the School of Social Sciences and Humanities, fostering entrepreneurship and innovation within the academic community. He holds a degree in Political Science and International Relations from NOVA University of Lisboa and a Master in Management and Entrepreneurship from ISCAL/IPL. Since December 2017 he is the proud founder of ‘Marmita Bio’, a plastic-free, organic food home delivery project. And most recently he is responsible for developing the perfect business model for ‘Paralegal Bot’, a private Artificial Intelligent legal consultant chatbot.
